The Kansas City, Mo., facility of Paulo
Products Co. has been awarded certification
to ISO 14001:2004. Critical activities
involved in achieving the standard are developing systems to identify key aspects within
the organization and determining the impact
on the environment.
This is the first of the company’s facilities
to become certified to ISO 14001:2004.
Paulo offers heat treating, brazing, and
metal finishing products, as well as metallur-
gical and engineering services. The Kansas
City facility specializes in heat-treat processes
including integral quench, continuous belt,
salt bath, and induction for the aerospace,
automotive, and other industries.
