Ambrell partners with
two companies to provide
heat-treating systems
Miller Electric Mfg.
Co., an Appleton,
Wis.-based, wholly
owned subsidiary of
Illinois Tool Works
Inc., has announced
the promotion of Scott Jenkins, former
general manager of the Miller Portable
Power division, to the position of senior
vice president of sales and marketing for
ITW Welding North America.
Jenkins oversees sales and marketing
for all ITW Welding brands, including
Miller, Hobart Brothers, Bernard, Ho-
bart Welders, Smith Equipment, Tre-
gaskiss, and Weldcraft. He joined the
company in 2008 after more than 20
years in industrial manufacturing and
distribution, including his previous po-
sition as vice president of construction,
mining, and industrial sales for Detroit
Diesel Corp. and various roles at engine
manufacturer Cummins Inc.
